AT&T is hiring a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized white glove experiences directly in customers' homes in the Midland and Odessa, Texas area. You will work independently with scheduled appointments to engage customers, conduct hands-on product demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution to keep customers connected. You will be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, using strong negotiation and communication skills to build rapport and meet sales targets. The position offers uncapped commission potential with earnings ranging from $57,700 to $100,000, including base pay and commissions, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments: $1,000 after 90 days and $1,000 after 6 months. Paid training and ongoing coaching will help you succeed in the field. A valid driver's license is required, and AT&T provides a company vehicle for official business use only. Work hours vary, including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet customer needs.
