Join Ting Internet in Centennial, Colorado as a Fiber Sales Representative (door-to-door field sales). As the face of Ting, you will connect with homeowners in your assigned territory, educate them about Ting Fiber, and help them upgrade their home internet experience. You will build relationships with homeowners, grow and manage your sales pipeline, and track activity using Spotio and other mobile tools. You will aim to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Get: - On-target earnings: base salary $30,000 plus uncapped commission; total earning potential $70,000 to $183,000+ - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) - 3 weeks of paid vacation - Company-provided iPad and the latest sales tools - Gas and mileage reimbursement while you're on the road - Ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship - Career growth that can lead to Field Sales Lead in as little as three months
What You Bring: - Relevant sales experience in telecommunications or a similar industry - Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation - Ability to work weekdays and weekends when customers are home; 37.5-hour workweek - Willingness to travel on foot through residential neighborhoods, walking on varied terrain in all weather - Experience with mobile technology and CRM tools is a plus
