ARCXIS seeks an experienced Engineering Manager – Structural Engineering to own customer-facing structural engineering projects from initial need through final sealed deliverables. This is a practicing Professional Engineer role combining direct client engagement, scope definition, structural analysis and design, technical review, responsible charge, project delivery, and leadership of a small team that includes an engineer-in-training and a designer. The Engineering Manager will support residential and related work across ARCXIS markets, including townhomes projects and evolving specialty engineering programs.
