The Dashboards team builds data-visualization experiences that turn raw information into clear, executive-ready insights. As Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow a team of engineers across all levels, coaching them to deliver high-quality, visually compelling features on time while maintaining technical health. You will own the roadmap for the Dashboards team, partnering with Product and Design to translate customer and business needs into a clear, sequenced plan. You will drive predictable delivery from scoping through launch, balancing quality, speed, and technical debt. You will build and evolve the team structure, processes, and ways of working (planning cadence, on-call, sprint/Scrumban) to match growth and delivery needs. You will partner with engineering and product leadership to define and execute a strategy for AI-powered dashboard and analytics features, including work built on Databricks and other modern data platforms.
