Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the engineering and maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, pools, and all critical systems (HVAC, MEP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, fire life safety, and building codes.
• Respond swiftly to guest requests, maintenance issues, and emergencies, minimizing downtime and service interruptions.
• Manage department budgets, monitor energy consumption, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Train, motivate, and develop the engineering team to uphold Four Seasons standards.
• Support pre-opening setup including equipment installation, system testing, and operational readiness.
