Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into cohesive, engaging documentary narratives aligned with the Director and Client's vision.
• Collaborate with Directors, Head of Post Production, DP, Producers, and Clients to refine story arcs, pacing, and tone.
• Incorporate in-house sound design, music, and color correction LUTs.
• Manage large volumes of video and audio assets; maintain organization.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth workflows.
• Meet deadlines while upholding artistic and technical standards.
• Maintain a professional office environment and support team workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve) and related tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Audition is a plus; 2D/3D animation is a perk.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional editing experience; documentary storytelling acumen.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and Davinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
