Role: Document Controller reporting to the Head of the Department to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Role Summary: The Document Controller is responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining all project documentation in accordance with company, client, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures accuracy, traceability, timely distribution, and secure storage of engineering documents across multi-discipline EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities: - Document Management: Maintain and control all incoming/outgoing documents, ensuring correct coding, versioning, and filing in the Document Management System (DMS). - DMS Administration: Upload, register, track, and archive documents using systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, SmartPlant, or similar platforms. - Engineering Deliverables Control: Manage vendor documents, drawings, datasheets, procedures, and technical reports across all disciplines. - Transmittals & Distribution: Prepare transmittals, ensure timely distribution to internal teams, contractors, and clients, and track acknowledgments. - Revision Control: Ensure proper version control, maintain document history, and prevent use of obsolete documents. - Compliance & Standards: Ensure documentation aligns with project specifications, EPC procedures,
