This full-time, on-site role focuses on building and managing relationships with current and prospective corn growers, delivering tailored solutions on product selection, placement, and agronomics, and driving demand for Wyffels Hybrids’ seed products. The District Sales Manager will recruit, train, and motivate independent Seed Representatives, develop territory strategies to grow market share, and represent the company at field days and district meetings. Travel is required within the district for field days, grower meetings, and on-farm trials; the candidate must be comfortable in a hybrid of office work and field visits. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field and 3–5 years of seed sales experience. Strong communication, coaching, and technology skills are important, along with a willingness to travel regularly within the district (Tippecanoe County and surrounding territory).
