About the role

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Dedicated Account Manager to manage, retain, and grow assigned fleet accounts across the company’s truck dealership network in the United States. The role is based in Sumner, Washington, and is on-site. The Dedicated Account Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner for existing accounts and drive profitable revenue growth by expanding parts, service, body shop, and mobile maintenance offerings. The position requires close collaboration with Parts, Service, Body Shop, Mobile, and Operations teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Own and retain assigned accounts; build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, maintenance leaders, operations teams, procurement, and executives.
Understand each customer’s business, fleet composition, maintenance strategy, and operational needs.
Grow revenue by expanding parts, service, body shop, and mobile maintenance within existing accounts; increase share of wallet across locations and product lines.
Develop structured account plans, conduct business reviews, track performance, and coordinate internal resources for multi-location accounts.
Manage pricing and profitability, monitor gross profit, and ensure CRM data accuracy and pipeline visibility.
Translate customer expectations into internal actions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Minimum 3 years of B2B account management or sales experience; proven ability to grow and retain accounts.
