About the role

Establish scalable, automated data processes for large-scale analyses, model development, validation, and deployment.
Use advanced causal inference to estimate learning curves and the effectiveness of training content for CLS Science.
Conduct statistical analyses and hypothesis testing, including A/B testing.

Establish scalable, automated data processes for large-scale analyses, model development, validation, and deployment.
Use advanced causal inference to estimate learning curves and the effectiveness of training content for CLS Science.
Conduct statistical analyses and hypothesis testing, including A/B testing.

Develop and implement statistical, machine learning, or other mathematical methodologies to solve business problems in Learning & Development.

Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence strategy.

Preferred:

Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, or related quantitative field.
3+ years of experience with SQL and scripting languages (Python) or statistical software (R/SAS/Matlab).
3+ years of machine learning / statistical modeling and data analysis experience; ability to apply theoretical models in practice.
2+ years as a data scientist; strong communication skills.
Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, EC2).
Knowledge of confidence intervals, significance testing, evaluation data sets.
Experience with A/B testing and regression analysis.

USD 136,000 – 184,000 per year
