You will help define how activation, retained usage, workflow depth, and value are measured across ChatGPT Work, Codex, and connected enterprise systems, and identify interventions most likely to create durable usage. This is a hands-on, early-stage role requiring you to work through imperfect telemetry and evolving definitions, while partnering with GTM, Product, Finance, Research, Customer Deployment, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science to influence product, GTM, and investment decisions. Responsibilities include defining a trusted measurement framework for knowledge-worker adoption, mapping the journey from initial exposure to durable usage, identifying personas and use cases associated with deep usage, designing and evaluating experiments, translating findings into clear recommendations for Product, GTM, Finance, and executive audiences, and operationalizing insights with durable datasets and scorecards to improve instrumentation and data quality.
