CoreWeave is seeking a Data Centre Construction Project Manager to lead on-site delivery of mission-critical data centre builds across Europe. In this role you will act as the primary owner's representative, directing the overall project scope, schedule, and financial outcomes from pre-construction through commissioning and turnover. You will administer contracts with developers and general contractors and oversee drawings, change management, and statutory planning approvals. Your primary focus will be supervising installation, commissioning, and quality assurance of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, power distribution, and cooling infrastructure, while driving timelines and multi-million pound budgets and partnering with supply chain, design, and executive stakeholders to ensure seamless project turnover.

Who You Are

- 3+ years of construction project management experience with direct leadership on data centre projects. - Strong technical expertise in mission-critical infrastructure, with emphasis on MEP systems, power distribution, cooling, and redundancy protocols. - Experience managing contracts, financial forecasting, budget development, change management, and cost estimation. - Proven on-site leadership coordinating general contractors, subcontractors, statutory bodies, and vendors. - Strong knowledge of pre-construction services, risk management, scheduling tools, and web-based project management software. - Ability to work on-site full-time and possess a valid driver's license. - Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architec
