Renaissance is seeking a Data Analyst I to join the Data Support team. The role focuses on reactive issue resolution and troubleshooting to ensure seamless data integration between a client’s Student Information System (SIS) and Renaissance products. The Data Analyst I will obtain, adjust, and validate data imported from other systems, often working directly with customers to gather required data. Responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting data integration, writing and updating extract scripts, and configuring import processes to ensure seamless data flow. They will perform database operations such as updates, merges, deletions, and imports within established parameters while maintaining data integrity; conduct thorough quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve data errors resulting from integration failures. The role also involves supporting customers by addressing escalated data support cases and providing guidance on ETL processes and data specifications, and collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams on complex data integration challenges and business rule requirements. Qualifications include an associate degree or equivalent experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis; foundational knowledge of ETL, SQL querying, sFTP, and file path navigation across Linux/Mac OS and Windows; strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; a collaborative approach and excellent customer service and communication skills; willingness to learn new technology and develop tech
