You will use AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, effective communication, accurate record-keeping, and owning outcomes while meeting performance metrics. Requirements: 2+ years of customer service experience (technical support or help desk preferred), working knowledge of PC and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office; hardware and/or networking knowledge preferred; advanced English (spoken and written); ability to work remotely from Ukraine and align shifts with US business hours (12:00pm–4:00am, Mon–Fri).
