About the role

Enterprise Bot, a leading provider of GenAI, Conversational AI, and automation software, is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through the full lifecycle—from discovery and onboarding to successful adoption and measurable business outcomes with our AI solutions.

Responsibilities

Onboarding Navigator: smoothly introduce customers to our AI/SaaS solutions with clear roadmaps, milestones, and KPIs.
Solution Implementer: configure conversational AI bots, automation workflows, and integrations tailored to customer objectives.
Testing & QA Advocate: coordinate UAT, ensure bot quality, address issues, and guide iterations until standards are met.
Optimization Partner: monitor bot performance and customer feedback; suggest improvements to increase efficiency and ROI.
Engagement Conductor: maintain proactive customer relationships; conduct business reviews and analyze performance.
Relationship Architect: build long-term relationships as a foundation for trust and growth.
Adoption Catalyst: deliver training, enablement workshops, and documentation to empower teams.
Feedback Loop Coordinator: translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for product/engineering.
Growth Scout: collaborate with sales to identify renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

Native-level German/Swiss-German and French; strong English communication; Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Admin, Computer Science, or related field.
3–5 years in Customer Success, Projec
