Role: Culture Project Manager (M/F) – On-site in Paris, France Red Bull France SASU is seeking a Culture Project Manager to lead the national Culture Marketing activation program in France. Working with the Culture Marketing Manager, you will design and execute the culture strategy, focusing on music and dance, and develop a compelling programming approach and a portfolio of ambassadors and talents aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end culture events and activation program: conception, production, execution, and post-performance analysis. - Design and deploy a national event program to engage the target audience with premium, differentiated experiences. - Coordinate internal and external project teams; lead kick-offs, milestones, coordination, and post-mortems. - Propose formats, concepts, and experiences to strengthen creativity and execution quality. - Own budgets and safeguard brand image across activations in line with international guidelines. - Contribute to strengthening Red Bull’s presence in the culture ecosystem through events and projects. - Collaborate with Field Marketing and Media Network teams to ensure coherence of initiatives (network, content, storytelling).

Network & Opinion Leaders – Culture - Identify, develop, and engage a network of talents, creators, and opinion leaders. - Develop collaborations and opportunities to strengthen Red Bull’s presence in the French culture ecosystem (local and national). - Support initiatives with partners, ensuring coherence and visibility of the brand. - Act as a brand ambassador, promoting
