You will join a team of testers, translators, and developers to identify linguistic issues and ensure that every word, phrase, and in-game message feels natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate across all localisations.

Responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

Work with testers, translators, and developers to report issues clearly and help drive fixes.
Serve as the guardian of language in every game touched, ensuring all text is polished and culturally appropriate.
Test games using Universally Speaking LQA methods to uphold industry standards for linguistic quality.
Document linguistic issues in professional bug databases, track progress, and verify fixes.
Evolve from tester to trusted LQA expert across projects from indie titles to AAA games, owning the full testing cycle.
Write and refine test cases, document findings, and set best practices in LQA.
Collaborate early with developers and testers to shape how localisation is tested and improved.
Proactively look for smarter, faster ways to work, sharing knowledge and raising standards.
Proficiency in Croatian and confident English (written and spoken).
A passion for games and a keen eye for sound, appearance, and feel.
Proactivity, determination, curiosity, and a focus on high-quality results under pressure.
Comfortable with databases, spreadsheets, testing tools, and MS Office; highly organized and accurate.
Right to work in Spain. This role is on-site in Madrid at Alvento Busine
