We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) to lead full lifecycle recruitment and contribute to retention initiatives in support of GEODIS’s Flawless Implementation culture. Responsibilities include developing and implementing talent plans aligned with business strategy, conducting strategy sessions with executives to present recruiting metrics and recommended actions, managing the full talent lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding and ongoing development, building and promoting the employer brand through networks and events, creating an optimal candidate experience, building a robust talent pipeline, writing job descriptions, matching top candidates to roles, negotiating offers, and managing external recruiting agency relationships. The role may require up to 25% travel.
