This hybrid role supports attracting, hiring, and retaining top technical talent to help Ford realize its vision for a fully electric transportation future. The EVDD (Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design) team is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners. You will join an agile group dedicated to collaboration, simplicity, and excellence as we redefine mobility.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs and align job descriptions with target candidate profiles.
Proactively pursue passive candidates through personalized outreach.
Advocate for DEI both internally and externally.
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
Source high-caliber active and passive candidates via networking, tools, job boards, referrals, and events.
Partner with hiring managers to make offers and hire top technical talent in a competitive market.
Manage pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and share data-driven updates with stakeholders.
Build and maintain relationships with management and cross-functional teams (Recruiting, HR, Compensation, Diversity).
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strategy.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and a track record of influencing diversity and inclusion.
Expertise in filling hard-to-close roles and recruiting in global markets.
