WestEd is seeking a full-service contract recruiter for 4-6 months to help manage a growing slate of openings. The recruiter will meet with hiring managers to assess needs, post jobs in the applicant tracking system, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, and schedule and coordinate interviews. They will post openings to Indeed, LinkedIn, professional organizations, and industry-specific sites to reach diverse candidates, and will research new sources for active and passive recruitment. The recruiter will work with internal staff on scheduling and act as a hiring coach for managers, with offers and negotiations handled by the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position is remote with an average of at least 40 hours per week, typically core Pacific hours from 10 am to 3 pm with flexibility. Requirements include 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, experience with ATS (UltiPro/UKG or similar), strong communication and project management skills, MS Office proficiency, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Salary is anticipated at $60-$70 per hour.
