The Construction Project Manager leads the full construction process from planning through completion, coordinating with construction management, supply chain, external vendors, contractors, and design professionals to ensure the end user is satisfied. Key duties include scheduling and coordinating Department of Health inspections and certifications, liaising with architects and engineers during design and construction, monitoring ICRA compliance, completing required project documentation, and managing day-to-day construction activities in accordance with policies and procedures. The role ensures safe construction practices, oversees contractor performance, maintains budgets and schedules, and verifies successful completion of projects, including punch lists, IT and data installation, furniture and equipment placement, and move-in activities. Knowledge of facilities throughout UPMC Hospital campuses is preferred.

Qualifications: A B.A./B.S. in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field with three years of construction management experience, or eight years of construction management experience.
