Overview: The REMM Group is seeking a strategic and talented Community Manager to supervise the operations of two apartment communities in Fullerton, California. This on-site role requires prior multifamily property management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a focus on maintaining asset value and financial performance. Yardi experience is required. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the position does not offer a rental discount. Responsibilities: Manage leasing, marketing, financial, administrative duties, and supervise the on-site team. Take ownership of assets and apply an entrepreneurial approach to management. Review market data, provide leadership to staff, promote resident satisfaction and retention, and ensure the community meets established operational, financial, and business performance goals. Coordinate activities with vendors, consultants, and contractors; maintain property appearance to company standards; oversee the leasing process (screening applicants, rent approvals, lease execution, renewals, and move-ins/outs); deliver excellent customer service and handle maintenance requests; organize community activities; explain procedures; address resident concerns; prepare and manage property budgets, monitor income/expenses, and submit timely financial reports; handle delinquencies, process notices, and may represent the organization in court-related matters as needed.
