Coast Property Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations at Seattle properties, including Seola Crossing I & II, Salmon Creek, Eastbridge, and Sixth Place in Seattle, WA. This role supervises the leasing team, maintenance team, and on-site contract workers, and ensures compliance with the Washington State Residential Landlord and Tenant Act as well as applicable government and environmental regulations. Responsibilities include reviewing rental applications and lease agreements for accuracy, ensuring buildings meet regulatory standards, recommending repairs and improvements, maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies, scheduling on-call personnel and supervising on-site emergencies, enforcing OSHA-compliant work assignments, and contributing to marketing and leasing program improvements. The position manages accounting tasks such as payroll, overtime, invoicing, rent delinquencies, NSF procedures, and evictions; assists in annual budget creation and monthly variance reporting; and responds promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns while enforcing community rules with proper documentation. Qualifications: supervisory responsibilities; college education preferred (relevant experience considered in lieu of education); clerical/administrative experience and proficiency with office software; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
