The Granville, a senior affordable housing community in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a seasoned HUD/LIHTC Community Manager to lead on-site operations. This role requires strong HUD and LIHTC program knowledge, and the ability to ensure compliance across HUD, LIHTC, HOTMA, and Fair Housing while guiding resident services and leasing efforts. Responsibilities include completing certifications, annual and interim recertifications, and EIV processing accurately and on time; preparing for MORs, REAC inspections, and file audits; leading and developing the onsite team through coaching and accountability; driving occupancy goals through leasing, resident retention, and marketing; overseeing rent collections, subsidy payments, budgeting, invoice approvals, and financial reporting; partnering with maintenance to ensure timely work orders, turnovers, and preventive maintenance; delivering outstanding customer service and resolving resident concerns professionally; maintaining organized records and submitting all required reports accurately and on time.
