LIHTC On-Site Multi-Site Community Manager is needed to oversee two affordable housing communities in Los Angeles, Chancellor Apartment (101 units) and Magnolia on Lake Apartments (52 units). This on-site role includes a provided two-bedroom apartment and compensation of $30-$32 per hour. Responsibilities include understanding and complying with all affordable housing programs; assisting with leasing efforts and integrated marketing; building relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members; communicating professionally with tenants about property-related issues; addressing emergencies; maintaining company standards for closing ratios on qualified walk-in traffic and phone inquiries; placing advertising online or in print as directed; processing applications and conducting credit checks; managing all aspects of occupancy and maintenance; collecting and processing rent payments; issuing notices for non-payment in a timely manner; reviewing expenses and assisting in annual budget preparation; conducting move-out inspections and ensuring unit readiness and cleanliness; performing property walk-throughs to confirm quality.
