About the role

ACC Management Group is hiring a Community Manager to oversee four apartment communities in Southern Wisconsin: Jefferson Apartments (Jefferson, WI); Whitewater Woods (Whitewater, WI); Bayfield Court (Jefferson, WI); and Blackhawk Apartments (Fort Atkinson, WI). The Community Manager delivers exceptional customer service, manages daily operations across properties, oversees leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals, and ensures compliance with HUD and Section 8 regulations at affordable housing communities. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests and property inspections, building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and community partners, managing rent collections and reporting, and leading by example with professionalism and integrity.

What we're looking for: - Friendly, approachable, and an excellent communicator - Highly organized with strong time management skills - Comfortable managing multiple priorities and locations - Experience in property management (preferred but not required) - Familiar with affordable housing or HUD programs (a plus) - Proficient with computers and property management software - OneSite experience is a plus - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work flexible hours and Saturdays as needed
