The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing roofing projects for commercial clients. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while meeting high quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine deep industry knowledge with strong leadership and project management skills. Key responsibilities include directing daily production activities, developing production schedules, leading on-site teams and subcontractors, managing project budgets and procurement of materials, ensuring OSHA compliance and safety, coordinating with architects, engineers, clients and suppliers, and maintaining detailed project records and progress reports. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management or a similar role, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field; OSHA 10/30; bilingual English/Spanish. This role blends office-based planning with on-site supervision and may require overtime.
