This role is a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and E-Commerce channels, providing financial leadership, commercial insights, and decision support to drive profitable growth, improve margins, optimize investments, and ensure strong financial governance.

Key responsibilities include: - Partner with Sales and Marketing to evaluate performance, profitability, and growth opportunities; provide financial insights and scenario analyses; support customer negotiations. - Develop and evaluate business cases for product launches, marketing investments, and strategic initiatives; support CAPEX business cases and monitor project financials. - Lead forecasting and planning for assigned markets; coordinate inputs into S&OP; conduct monthly business reviews and variance analysis; support annual budgeting and strategic planning. - Drive reporting automation and process improvements; leverage ERP and BI tools to enhance decision-making; improve data quality and reporting efficiency. - Ensure robust control of trade spend, rebates, and accruals; collaborate with Accounting to maintain accuracy and compliance; support year-end close and audits. - Provide governance and policy adherence across commercial activities and act as a trusted partner to Sales, Marketing, and senior stakeholder
