Link Snacks is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager BeNeLux & E-Commerce to act as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing across Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and E-Commerce channels. Based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, this hybrid role reports to the Head of Commercial Finance EMEA and leads financial planning, forecasting, and governance to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Marketing to evaluate performance and opportunities, delivering financial insights and scenario analyses to support commercial decisions, supporting customer negotiations, developing business cases for product launches and marketing investments, and overseeing CAPEX evaluations and project performance. You will lead forecasting and planning for assigned markets and channels, coordinate inputs into the S&OP process, deliver periodic performance reviews and variance analysis, and drive reporting automation and data quality improvements. The role also ensures robust governance of trade spend, rebates, and accruals, collaborates with Accounting on financial accuracy and compliance, and supports year-end closing and audits. The ideal candidate will have a University Degree in Finance or Business Administration, 5 to 8 years of FP&A/Finance experience (preferably in FMCG), strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, business partnering and influencing skills, analytical excellence, and proficiency with Excel, SAP/Oracle, and Power BI/Tableau; Dutch language skills are a plus.
