EWOR is seeking a B2B Co-Founder and CTO to found and scale a new startup with 100% remote work. You will own, build, and run the startup in B2B sectors, supported by a programme designed by unicorn founders and a network of mentors. Compensation includes a salary while you build your startup, or you can opt for up to €500k in funding. You will receive weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to an elite community of founders, peers and investors, and hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals. Additional support includes help in reaching product-market-fit and building a sales force and marketing engine, and coaching to prepare for multi-million euro funding rounds. You will iterate your product with us until product-market-fit is achieved and build the corresponding growth capability.
