The role focuses on maintaining security compliance with IPG standards and cloud provider requirements. Responsibilities include designing and administering IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS infrastructure; deploying and supporting cloud and on-premises server operating systems; managing and monitoring physical network hardware and the on-premises virtual compute environment; educating teams on new cloud technologies; migrating workloads from on-prem to Azure; managing endpoint management (Intune and SCCM); maintaining standards and process documents; assisting with cost and risk models for cloud vs on-prem solutions; contributing to business continuity and disaster recovery planning; providing troubleshooting and on-call support; leading in the design of highly complex cloud systems; staying current with cloud technology developments; and other duties as assigned.
