As the CTO, you will define the company's technology strategy, build scalable products, and lead the engineering organization. You'll work closely with the CEO to turn business ideas into successful technology solutions. Responsibilities include defining and executing M3's technology roadmap, leading and growing the engineering team, designing scalable, secure, and reliable software architecture, driving AI and emerging technology initiatives, overseeing product development from idea to launch, ensuring high standards for code quality, security, and performance, managing cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and engineering processes, collaborating with product, design, sales, and operations teams, and evaluating new technologies to recommend the best solutions. Requirements include 8+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years leading engineering teams, experience building SaaS or enterprise software products, strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), experience with AI/LLMs as a strong advantage, and excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
