Charter Sales Representative – Jacksonville, Florida, United States (onsite). Summit School Services LLC is seeking a customer-focused Charter Sales Representative to handle inbound inquiries, participate in outbound sales campaigns, and provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers. You will coordinate with local Charter Operations Teams, book and confirm trips, follow up on pending quotes, and assist with invoicing and payment processing as needed.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years’ experience in customer service and inside sales. Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
