CC Holdings is seeking friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Java House Bistro team at the Indianapolis International Airport. We are hiring full-time and part-time Cashier/CSR team members for this location. Schedule: Monday through Sunday; nights and weekends required; shifts from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Start date: late June through August, depending on hiring and onboarding timelines. Location: Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. Responsibilities include setting up the station per café guidelines, preparing all items in a sanitary and timely manner, following portion control and presentation standards, restocking supplies, maintaining stations with proper sanitation and safety procedures, using equipment correctly, prepping for customers with food allergies, ensuring food quality and safety, delivering excellent customer service, following cash handling procedures, recording orders, handling payments, balancing drawers, thanking customers, and promoting products and specials. Actively participate in on-the-job training for new team members, collaborate with teammates to support operations, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Requirements include a valid driver's license to obtain an airport parking pass; arriving in proper uniform and adhering to grooming standards; and willingness to assist with additional duties as needed.
