As a Campus Recruiter Advisory at Deloitte, you will be responsible for recruiting talented students by organizing events and guiding them through the recruitment process. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process: drafting job postings, actively sourcing, screening applications, administering and interpreting assessments, conducting interviews, and overseeing the recruitment workflow. You will actively maintain and expand communities and talent pools, advise hiring managers on recruitment approaches, and design and organize recruitment events. You will develop tactical and strategic plans for the ongoing evolution of the process. Requirements: You are a strong relationship manager with both candidates and hiring managers, and you serve as an independent advisor to the hiring manager. You are structured, critical of the recruitment process, and continuously seek innovative ways to attract the best candidates to Deloitte. You have at least a completed Bachelor degree (HBO/WO), experience and passion for recruitment with flexibility on working hours and locations (Amsterdam and occasionally Rotterdam), and you stay up-to-date with market trends including AI; you have excellent Dutch and English language skills.
