Your responsibilities will include gathering business needs and maintaining developments and client environments; participating in functional and technical workshops; supporting cross-functional teams through integration and production deployment; mentoring an intern at the client site; and participating in Salesforce R&D sessions and events. Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience with Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud; proficiency with Apex and SQL; a technico-functional profile is a plus, and Salesforce certifications are preferred. You should be proactive, dynamic, and possess strong relational skills, with the ability to gain the trust of teams quickly.
