Join an international Process Development team and help shape the development and implementation of the new Control Tower platform for DSV Roads across Europe. As a Business Analyst, you will translate business and customer needs into clear system requirements and solution designs. You will play a central role in the platform's development and implementation through analysis, workshops, testing, and go-live activities. You will map and optimize end-to-end processes with focus on quality, efficiency, and standardization. You will facilitate workshops and drive progress in decisions among customers, business units, IT, system suppliers, and Europe-wide Control Towers. You will produce process descriptions, decision materials, and training content to support the implementation. You will analyze and visualize data to inform business decisions.
