The role will oversee multiple projects, diagnose issues, and drive timely resolution. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience as a business analyst or product owner for a cloud-based or enterprise software product, with strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. A background in system design and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies are essential.
