We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to present and close finance, lease, and protection products using a consultative, menu-based approach that reflects the Mercedes-Benz standard of care. You will structure deals efficiently, balance strong PVR with lender compliance, manage lender relationships across a diverse portfolio, and ensure full compliance with federal, state, and California requirements. You will partner with the sales team to ensure clean handoffs from showroom to finance, maintain complete, fundable files, and achieve penetration and PVR targets across VSC, GAP, maintenance, and appearance products. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of franchised-dealership F&I experience, preferably in luxury or import brands, and a solid knowledge of lender programs and financing structures.
