The Associate, Automation Technical Support applies technical expertise to test, install, and maintain automation/SCADA systems, including hardware, controllers, HMI, networks, communication, databases, and software. You will support project goals by completing tasks effectively, following established procedures, and staying up to date with advances in automation and SCADA technologies. You will adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation. Maintain rigorous quality control and complete required training, contributing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, fluency in English, and 3 years of relevant experience. Work schedule is a 12-hour rotating day shift (4 days on, 4 days off) from 6:00am to 6:00pm, on-site in Fort Worth, Texas, United States.
