Overview: The Associate Data Analyst uses the Zoomph platform to support the delivery of ad hoc and ongoing data requests. Key responsibilities include building programs, methodologies, and data presentation files; quantifying social media and broadcast KPIs across channels and properties; identifying and interpreting data trends from post-level to campaign level; communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders; developing client and sponsor benchmarks; collaborating with Customer Success to optimize social media content strategies; ensuring data quality and supporting database applications and analytical tools; and contributing to product development and improved data delivery. This role may require willingness to travel to conferences and events as needed.
