About the role

Acrisure is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join the Employee Benefits service team in San Jose, California, United States. The Associate Account Manager (AAM) supports day-to-day client servicing, renewal activities, enrollment support, and administrative functions, ensuring accurate processing and adherence to department workflows and service standards.

Responsibilities

Support Employee Benefits Account Managers with day-to-day client service activities, including eligibility changes, enrollment updates, billing inquiries, claim issues, carrier follow-up, documentation requests, and general account maintenance.
Process service requests and accurately document all activity within the EPIC Agency Management System according to agency standards.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, clients, and internal teams to obtain information, resolve issues, and ensure timely completion of service deliverables.
Assist with renewal preparation and execution by obtaining renewal requirements and materials, requesting updated census and underwriting information from clients, managing renewal applications and questionnaires, preparing draft renewal presentations and proposals, creating renewal correspondence for client review, and assisting with marketing and renewal deliverables as needed.
