Assistant Sales Manager – Palmhurst, Texas, United States. My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is currently seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission ($24,900.00 – $49,900.00 per year).

Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to meet personal and store goals while delivering excellent customer service and AT&T product knowledge.
Support location operations, staffing, inventory management, and store appearance to create a professional shopping environment.
Develop, train, and manage team members; help them grow and achieve future opportunities within My Wireless.
Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and participation in marketing initiatives designed to maximize selling opportunities.
Meet and exceed performance and operating standards; maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and store goals.
Management experience in retail or a customer-facing sales environment (required).
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach others to results; strong organizational and communication skills (required).
Bilingual skills are preferred but not always required depending on location.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred; additional retail or telecommunications experience is a plus.
Must be at least 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
