About the role

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our retail team at the Warsaw, Indiana location. The successful candidate will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. This on-site role offers a base salary plus commission and includes ongoing paid training, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include: meeting and exceeding personal performance goals and AT&T standards; executing and exceeding sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner; assisting with location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance; developing and training team members; helping customers make informed buying decisions; maintaining a fun, clean, and engaging work environment; collaborating with the team to achieve both individual and store goals; participating in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities each day.

Qualifications: Management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in wireless; retail or customer-facing sales experience (required); ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required); demonstrated ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (required); strong organizational and interpersonal skills; bilingual (preferred); bachelor’s degree (preferred); telecom retail experience (preferred); minimum 18 years of age and legal eligibility to work in the United States; high school diploma
