This full-time role offers a base salary of $34,736 to $59,736 per year plus commission/bonuses, paid training, and opportunities to advance to store management. Responsibilities include supporting the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T products and services. You will help meet or exceed sales and operating goals, assist with location operations (staffing, inventory, and store appearance), and participate in the development and training of team members. You will help customers make informed buying decisions, contribute to marketing efforts, and maintain a fun, clean, and engaging retail environment. Qualifications include prior management experience in retail or a customer-facing environment, ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; telecommunications or retail sales experience is a plus.
