My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team. This role supports the Retail Store Manager by coaching and leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and AT&T technology solutions. Salary range: $27,560.00 - $52,560.00 Base + Commission per year.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards of performance.
Execute and exceed on all sales and operations initiatives in a timely manner.
Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
Develop, train, and manage team members; coach for results.
Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging environment for customers and team members.
Work as a team to exceed personal and team goals.
Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize daily selling opportunities.
Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the wireless industry.
Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (Required).
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operational standards (Required).
Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
Strong organizational, communication, and interper
