My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team in Tacoma, Washington. In this role you will support the Retail Store Manager by coaching and leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service and promote AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Physical Requirements:

Assist the Retail Store Manager in daily store operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance.
Develop and train team members; motivate staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Help customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing excellent service and guidance on devices, plans, and accessories.
Execute sales and operational initiatives in a timely manner; participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
Maintain a positive, clean, and engaging store environment.
Management experience in a similar field (required), preferably in wireless or retail.
Experience in retail or customer-facing sales (required).
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (required).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (preferred, depending on location); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (preferred).
Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Standing and walking for extended periods; ability to lift up
