In this role, you will assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and technology solutions from AT&T. You will meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards, execute sales and operating initiatives, oversee location operations, staffing, inventory and appearance, develop and train team members, help customers make informed buying decisions, and participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
