• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading a sales and customer service team
• Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards
• Support location operations, staffing, inventory, and store appearance
• Help develop, train, and manage team members to improve performance
• Guide customers in selecting products and services to meet their needs
• Contribute to local marketing efforts to maximize daily sales opportunities
• Maintain a fun, clean, and engaging work environment for customers and staff
• Work as part of a team to achieve store and company goals
• Management experience in a similar field; experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Retail or telecommunications sales experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the US, and have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds
