Assistant Project & Account Manager with a technical orientation is sought by a leading customized furniture manufacturer to actively support the project and client management team from the initial proposal to final delivery. The candidate will participate in organizing and monitoring customized furniture projects, ensuring accurate costing, timely progress, and clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Main responsibilities include: analysis and costing of projects based on design studies and production analysis; participation in drafting financial proposals; material and supplier research in collaboration with the Procurement Department; recording bids and project information in the company ERP; monitoring project progression from design to production; communication with clients for new projects and updates on progress of existing ones; supporting project task costing and informing the accounting department for invoicing; creating project folders with all relevant information; collaboration with designers to coordinate project requirements; communication with site managers to update on outstanding items; keeping team members informed of pending items or changes; preference is given to candidates with higher or advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Design; prior experience in a similar role will be considered; understanding of architectural and construction drawings; excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English (level: basic to intermediate); proficient in MS Office; strong communication, analytica
